Common questions

Does it cost anything?: No. Listing your store and marking inventory is free. We may add a paid tier later for featured placement, but the basic listing stays free.
Do I have to keep inventory live?: Up to you. The dashboard shows a last-updated date next to your store name so shoppers can judge how fresh the data is. Stores that haven't touched inventory in 60 days get auto-hidden from the in-stock badge until they refresh.
What if a shopper says I have something I don't?: You're in control. Mark it out of stock and it disappears from the badge immediately. The shopper sees a timestamp on the badge so they know it's not real-time inventory.
What stops a competitor from listing a fake store under my name?: Manual verification. We confirm the store exists at the address you give us — usually a quick call or a check against Google Business listings — before we approve.
